We cook the lesser known cuts the way they deserve, over live fire on the charcoal grill. Flat iron, bavette and short rib come off medium rare with Maldon salt and beurre noisette, the flavour that earned us #1 Steaks in Rotterdam.
For those with a serious appetite, we offer the ultimate Steak Restaurant experience every Monday and Thursday: unlimited sirloin steak and fries with our signature Café de Paris sauce for just €35 p.p. (minimum of 2).
